We accept gently used clothing, furniture, electronics, appliances, books, media, and household goods in resalable condition. Items should be clean, undamaged, and free of stains or odors. We cannot accept hazardous materials, recalled products, or items that are broken or incomplete.
Yes — absolutely free. We offer complimentary pickup service for qualifying donations in the Pleasanton and greater Tri-Valley area. Simply schedule online or call us, and our volunteer team will arrive at your scheduled time to collect your items.
Absolutely. As an IRS-verified 501(c)(3) organization, the American Red Cross provides donation receipts for tax purposes. You'll receive documentation at the time of pickup or drop-off. For items valued over $250, we can provide a detailed appraisal form.
Our donation center is located at 5880 W Las Positas Blvd, Pleasanton, CA 94588-8552. We accept walk-in donations during business hours. If you prefer not to drive, call us to schedule a free home pickup instead.
